Im really interested in this soviet era of time keeping where it was cheaper to create a mechanical 24 hour watch than it was to create a digital one. Some of the worlds last forward thinking people. Here is 24 hours two ways, 12 at top and 12 at bottom.

I have an adversion to this corny website:

horrible swiss take on things, theyre souless people, fence sitting war criminals never brought to justice "experience slow time through our commodities"

Time and erasure, impermanence

A hand-drawn black ink mandala: overlapping circles packed tighter and darker toward a bright center.

Taolins mandella #80, time through the human experience

Two aged brass wind chime tubes hanging from a black wire spiral, with green glass beads, in front of a window looking onto a blurry street with a bus and parked cars.

A picture I took of a windchime on the doorway to Wow Bagel. An "Old School" new york bagel shop. The place is marked by wear, this piece is no exception. I am drawn to the pnenominon of wear. This piece counts the visitors to the shop, imperminantly as sound and and "perminantly" as it carvs a mempry into the window behind it.

v2

So, heres my concept, this is a slow time piece that draws times passage through material aging. Copper is a beautiful thing.
